So, the news is that cbse class 12 board exams are cancelled. Yes, it is true that cbse class 12 board exams are cancelled and will not take place now. This is such stunning news for cbse class 12 students. 

This big decision was taken by our honourable Prime Minister Shri. Narendra Modi after a meeting held on cbse class 12 board exams on 1 June. 

Why CBSE Class 12 Board Exams are cancelled?

There were many meetings that had been conducted to decide whether to cancel or conduct cbse class 12 board exams. It was like a pressure on the government to take a decision on cbse class 12 board exams as soon as possible as cbse class 12 students were very confused on this topic.

 

We all know how dangerous the second wave of COVID-19 is. There are thousands of people who are loosing their life daily. Lakhs of people are being COVID positive daily. 

Therefore, it was necessary for the government to take decision whether to hold cbse class 12 board exams or not.

Now, our Prime Minister has taken decision to cancel cbse class 12 board exams and the anxiety among students is now ended.

Our student's health and safety are of utmost importance and there would be no compromise on this aspect, said Prime Minister.

How CBSE Class 12 Result will be decided?

Now, most of the students will think that how the cbse class 12 result will be decided. So, it will be decided based on objective criteria alike cbse class 10 result. The same objective criteria that will be used for calculating the cbse class 10 result will also be used for the calculation of cbse class 12 result.

CBSE class 12 result will be made as per well-defined objective criteria in a time-bound manner. CBSE will devise 3 point plan for students. Average marks of the last three internal exams will be calculated to make cbse class 12 result.

 Also, if a student is willing to give the cbse class 12 board exam, then he/she will be allowed to give the exams. The exams will be conducted later when the situation will be under control.
